Hello Peter I would like to Express my disappointment about the 0 grade service I received at Le Coq Sportif Ballito Junction store. This store advertised the T shirts as "BUY ONE AND GET ONE" each Tshirt was R450 so they had 2 Tees banded together .. when I gave the sales lady my card to pay .. after swapping it the message that went through my fine read as -R628.90 paid to Le Coq Sportif ... when I queried this same time the manager asked for my card and did a refund on my card n didn't bother to explain to me how long it will take for my money to reflect back into my account.. or why was their advert misleading ... when I asked him btw the reversal time frame he said same day I'm Capitec n They r Std bank .... I have been visiting the store n asking to my money for quiet some time .. when I decided to call head office they informed me that different bank's operate differently .. after they called the store and the assistant gave them a different version of what happened in the store I was asked to wait 10 when days for my money hence I didn't even get what I went in to purchase... I then asked them to review that sale .. and I was told that I would b given those T shirts for the R450.. well I went into the shop and did that purchase and asked them for the difference in cash .. I then informed them that it costed me more than R200 to come to the shop to get them to rectify their mistake plus several bank charges coz each time I went into the shop I was asked for my bank statement .... after all of this drama .... the money did go through my account .... and it didn't take then 10 days to recharge it back to their store.... my concern is that they care less about customer service n the staff they employ has no respect whatsoever for the customers plus they didn't even bother to call me n inform me that they were going to do an unauthorised transaction on my bank account. Thank u Hello Peter... to me that was ***** on the sales side and on my bank accounting as well.
