Dont care attitude

<p>Went to canal walk leco sportif branch to cancel a lay bye and spoke to a cashier/ manager Thandiwe who did not know what procedures need to be done to cancell a laybye,she told me that i should wait for them to consult their head office and she herself will revert back to me,its been 3weeks now, clearly they dont keep up to their service premises, and its sad that they make the process so difficult when their laybye contract has no terms and conditions. </p>
