Severe lack of ethics- stay away

<p>In case you don't want to read all the below, here's a summary- the people at this dealership don't have any ethics and are exactly what you think of when somebody mentions "slimy used car salespeople."</p> <p>I bought a 2013 Audi A1 from Le Cars in December 2016. I noticed the GPS screen wasn't displaying maps, so I asked the salesperson if the GPS system would be functional if/when I bought the car. She told me she would ensure it was functional.</p> <p>I ended up buying the car, but I saw the nav system wasn't functional when I picked it up. The salesperson told me to take it to Audi myself and get a quote, and that Le Cars would take care of the cost.</p> <p>When I took the car to Audi, they told me the car wasn't set up for the nav system and to install it would cost tens of thousands rand to install. Rather than try to hold Le Cars to their original promise, I proposed they give me R2000 to buy a Garmin. However, they didn't reply to any of the several e-mails I sent.</p> <p>I then personally visited the shop and they said they wouldn't pay for a GPS unit. In short, they **** to me by not following up on their promises. It's dealerships like this who embody the whole "used car salesman" stereotype. Stay away from this business- they are ********* and slimy.</p>
