This case is still under investigation by SAPS. <br> In our companies' defence, I would just like to make the following clear:<br> Le Cars sold the vehicle to Mr Stamoulakis on behalf of Van's Auto & Sound in Middelburg.<br> We were just as unaware as he was that the vehicle was indeed a cloned vehicle.<br> In the 28 years that we have been in business, this is the first time we've had to deal with a case where a cloned vehicle is involved.<br> <br> Mr Stamoulakis can rest assure that his transaction at the bank will be settled by us and this whole debacle will not have any negative effect on his credit name whatsoever.
