Stay away from these Clowns!

We paid extra for an early check in at the time of booking. That was also confirmed with them a day before departure at Le Boat Vinkeveen.

Arrived at the scheduled time of 11 am just to be informed by the reception that there is an at least 5 hour delay before we can sail - without any plan B to offer us!

No manager in site to handle the situation.

I immediately send an email to Le Boat SA requesting the CEO to contact me. Needless to say, from 9 September up to today still no contact from Le Boat SA.

Water does not drain from 2 showers on the boat. Maintenance clearly not a priority.

Stay away from these clowns.
