Shocking experience

We have booked a trip to the Netherlands on what we saw promoted by Leef jou Reis en so looked forward to the same experience. This was our 3 rd trip by Le Boat and did Canal Demidi before which was such an amazing experience . We arrived at Vinkeveen and from the start the experience was shocking. The manager was rude and when we complaint about the condition of the boat she lashed back at us and said that she will now decide if we can have a boat of which we paid for 7 months prior when planning our trip There were so many fault of things not working and not even to mention when it started raining the water dripped through their lights in the boat leaving us with buckets everywhere This made our whole experience bad and will defenitely never do a Le Boat trip again
