Very bad service

I purchased an engine from Donovan (Salesman) Divan (workshop ) Renault K7MF. I was told the engine had been given a compression test and that it was perfect. I was also advised that the intake and a few accessories must be swapped as the import motor differs from the local.

Firstly the intakes are not compatible (They advise swapping my head with there's ) (That would defeat the purpose of a 2nd hand engine. I removed their head and the bore was rusted up fantastically (obviously no compression test was carried out) I returned the complete motor to Divan on 27/10/2023 and the communication is pathetic, to say the least. It's taken him a week to not come back to me regarding the engine. I want a Refund. I would like the owner to contact me ***
