Failed business ethics and standards a **** company

Signed up with LDM services for debt mediation, I was constantly harassed by creditors, received only 2 statements from them I have been trying to cancel with them for 3 months *** go unanswered, WhatsApp messages too and it is impossible to get to speak to anyone in the company yet they continue to debit your account even though they have been formally notified that I have joined a new company, I believe this is a **** at the highest level have come to find out that creditors have not been paid and they blame changing their system over I am formally reporting this company to the NCR as this is poor business practices and they take zero accountability for their lack of urgency or engagement with their customer base this is actually pathetic I'm beyond frustrated and will take this as far as I can because of the emotional stress and anxiety this company has induced by their lack of empathy and good business practices I would greatly encourage everyone who is thinking of signing up with this company to rethink as they paint a pretty picture but once you are signed in you will greatly regret it
