poor service , drunk staff and lack of concern from owner

i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone . booked 2 moves in one week with them in december , first one was ok, staff was however in a hurry. on the second move that week , the staff were rude and arrogant. i advised not to let my upright freezer lay flat , but they insisted they know what they doing. one staff member was drunk. one item didn't fit in the one room so i advised to rather move it to my storage in the back. they asked for further money , which i paid and then just got on the truck and left it outside. i immediately called the owner Lario, who said she will follow up and send someone to sort it out. 2 weeks later i sent an email , no courtesy of any response. the service i received from the moving staff was unacceptable and the owners lack of concern for this is the reason for this review as i have provided her with an opportunity to remedy this poor service .
