Rude owner

<p>I purchased two vouchers for either a cut, a blow dry or a treatment to be used at this salon on three sepearte occasions. When I tried to make an appointment to redeem the voucher I was asked by the owner, Lily what type of voucher I have as two differnet types were sold. When I told her which one I had she told me I must pay for one additional service so if I get a cut I must pay for a blow dry. I tried to explain to her that this is not mentioned on the voucher she refused to listen to me and even told me that I do not go to checkers and fill my trolley for free. I told her I paid for the vouchers so she cannot say I am getting the service for free. After a ten minute cobverstaion I gave up. Ona seperate I called again and spoke to her daughter and her daughter was more than willing to help me with the voucher I had. Unfortunately when I arrived for my appointment, Lily was there and she refused to honour my vouchers. I was made to feel like I am *****ing from her and I was very uncomfortable as she was rude so I left. I do not recommend this salon.</p>
