No more menthol in LD Green

I have been smoking LD Menthol for at least the past 15 years. It's a brand I used to love. However, the last week (approximately 10 packets), the cigarettes I've purchased have a bitter taste with NO menthol, and gives me a very bad cough.

At first I thought it was just a "bad" batch, and went out of my way to buy packets from different stores. But, alas, each new packet I open, has the same awful taste.

Have LD changed the blend? Do I now have to try other brands until I find one that tastes as good as the old LD?

Bitterly disappointed.
