DO NOT APPLY ONLINE, ITS A **** THEY DONT HELP YOU

Hi, so i wanted to buy my dad's car. i app**** online with all the bank and then other institutions like LCT Finance. When you open their website you must fill in a form (so i did for the 100th time that day) i inserted the loan amount and i accepted the terms and agreements. that day i received over 10 emails saying the same thing "thank you for your application, we will get back to you soon" so i never read the document LCT sent. i received my first demand for R1367.80 26 August 2016 and had no idea what this was. i went through my emails and saw their 'contract'. i responded to their 'attorney' and said as per their so called contract they were supposed to make a debit order of R359 once off and then R94 per month. i was never responsible to make ANY payments!!! the 'attorney' CREDITPRO responded with they will look into it. i never heard back so i assumed the 'attorney' caught on with their client ******** people for services they don't give. i received a second and third demand to which i responded the same. this morning i received a final demand to which they say they are going to list me at the credit bureau.... is there anyone with the same problem that can help me with a way out????
