MY wife finished work 31/12/20, sent the required documents to UIF website. Received by the Assessor , completed by him and sent to the Paymaster which he cancelled. Decided to use LCP Business Solutions , sent them the required documents 7/7/21(UIF-19 form the termination date was not filled in) which they did not notice. Received an email to say that they had to covert them to PDF format and then send onto them. Paid a deposit R750.00 12/7/21, got an email to say the money received and documents will be sent to UIF. After a couple of months of phoning , not answering their phones leaving messages and not returning calls .Decided to use a company, HR LABOUR MANAGEMENT( Jandri -***) paid deposit and sent the documents 5/11/21, sent me an email saying UIF-19 was incomplete . Sent an email to my wife's employer and they completed the form, she received her first payment 10/11/21. Phoned Louca (LCP) requesting part refund of the deposit, he said he would phone UIF to confirm. Received an email 12/11/21 from LCP claiming that they contacted labour department who had no knowledge of documents received or forthcoming payment even though my wife received her payment 10/11/21.
