You work but will never get paid at this call centre

My son and many other youngsters worked for the company for about a month and just before their pay day they were told that they will not be paid as the company did not make sales when in fact these poor kids made their weekly quota of sales. They were told they could leave or come back. The worst is as a single parent I wasted money on travelling and these guys are really clever, no contracts or employment letters are given and I actually heard an unprofessional voice they sent my son, laughing asking who are you, you are not on the company's books. So people beware, our own people are *********** our kids these people are ***** AF. Still going to report them to the CCMA to have them investigated.
