Empty promises

Empty promises! After my first complaint on this page I received a message promising they pay out will be prompt so I can sort out my plumbing. With no surprise nothing has happened. They did not even make contact to discuss what needs to be done so I will trust them again in the future. Still waiting on payout so I can finalize the job. They are very fast to let you know what I need to pay / contribute aka excess but they can't even provide an update not even mentioning sorting out issues.
