Be very cautious when dealing with LCH Construction. The pricing seems attractive at first and work begins quickly, but the quality of materials used is far below what was promised. Items like gates and motors were not the standard agreed on. After receiving payment, additional money was requested without any visible progress. When questioned, excuses followed. The job was never properly completed, and communication became difficult.
