LCH Eldridge Haupt - ex police officer and gangster and ****

My experience with LCH Construction and Eldridge Haupt was so Terrible. The quotation was very competitive, and the project started soon after the agreement was signed. Initially, progress on site gave me confidence that everything would run smoothly. However, once payment was made, the situation changed significantly. After receiving funds, communication became inconsistent and explanations started to shift. Information provided to me did not always match previous discussions, which left me feeling misled. The materials installed particularly relating to the gate and motor system — did not reflect what had originally been discussed in terms of quality and specification. As time went on, further payments were requested despite visible work being incomplete. When I asked for updates, there were repeated reasons for delays, including illness, vehicle issues, and supplier problems. Unfortunately, the project was never fully completed, and repeated follow-ups did not resolve the matter. I was also uncomfortable that whenever concerns were raised, he would frequently refer to his past as a former police officer. This was mentioned in a way that felt unnecessary and unprofessional during a business discussion. Transparency around suppliers was refused, and when I contacted one supplier independently, I was told they had not received payment connected to my project.
