Such bad service

Such bad service. I booked in a Sony 40inch flatscreen with a Broken screen

They Charged me 2900

TV was delivered while i was away on business travel. When i got back there was a light on the middle of the screen, the screen had lines going through it . The guys from LCD said there was plastic at the back of screen that was bent. Yea right. My question is dont they test TV's before they deliver.

I was promised they would be back the weeked to fix. And surprisingly they didnt pitchup

I have taken my TV to another TV repair company and they confirmed that the Screen Flexes and Reflection sheets are broken.
