Terrible Staff and Service

Terrible experience , 3 months with no progress on my COIDA registration. They say they only process it once a week, and the Director and Manager are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Service was horrible, and then they tried to add extra costs on top of what I already paid. Would not recommend.
