Awesome Service and client centricity understood by employees

I am writing this heartfelt review to all the employees of LC Waikiki a clothing store in Menlyn mall. Each time you walk inside the store there is already an employee readily available to assist. I went there a few times and always the staff is always friendly and keen to help, they will inform you if there is an promotions in store or give you the undivided attention as a customer. I am truly thankful for the staff morale, work ethic and professionalism. they show so much enthusiasm and love for what they do and I must say with the emergence of Covid-19 where we are surrounded by so much sad and negative news and to think that they have to wake up each day and put on a smile to service me and many others customers, I must say, they are an inspiration to many and employees of their caliber are in short supply and I just hope the management is aware of the treasure they have in their staff compliment at the store and I hope this message reaches each of them as they work exceptionally well and they have a true understanding of client centricity.
