Bad Service and Lack of accountability
After purchasing my house I was not informed about how to go about getting the rates and taxes moved over onto my name. <br> When I phoned and asked about this I was informed that the transfer could take over 3 months and, then the rates would be moved over to me after the transfer.<br> I phoned again and kept getting the same response that I should wait. <br> Today when I phoned the receptionist told me that I should have been informed that I needed to go in and open a rates account. <br> After getting upset with her she then said that I should have know better and should not have needed to be informed.<br> Instead of just apologizing for their lack of professionalism she continued to reprimand me for not knowing something that they should have informed me of.<br> <br> I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism in this company and will never make use of any of their services and would strongly dissuade anyone looking to make use of any services that they offer.<br> <br> They are quick to take your money but after that they don't give you any further service
