Paid for a Repair — Still No Working Machine Months Later

LC Holdings (Lambert - ***) was paid R1,750 to fix an ice machine. It worked for only a few hours before breaking down again. I immediately contacted Lambert, who promised to come back and sort it out — yet months have passed, and nothing has been done. Instead, we’ve had excuse after excuse while sitting with a machine that still doesn’t work. We feel we have been let down, left out of pocket, and given completely unacceptable service.
