LC Entertainment ****mers

I have signed up and paid for a 12 month IPTV streaming service (2x TV device package), expiring in May 2025.

Also purchased a TV box with preloaded LC Entertainment *****th software. This IPTV system did not work from the beginning. Always buffering. Was told that my TV box was not adequate to run their programs. I have tried to return or exchange the TV box, but this fell on deaf ears.

Had to purchase a new IPTV box. Now I cannot make contact with LC Entertainment to assist with account setup. Getting an onscreen message that my account is invalid or has expired.

I could initially only communicate via WhatsApp, but now I have been blocked from all communication. I have tried WhatsApp, sms message, email and website message system, but I am not getting any response from LC Entertainment.
