Internet ******** company beware

I bought goods from them over 3 months ago on the internet. Paid via PayPal. I have been sending mails to the only mail address you can get hold of ********** And all you get back is a generic email saying they are working on the problem and will come back to you in 3 days. It's been 3 months and I still do not have my items I ordered or my money back as I have requested. This company is ******** people and taking there money and not supplying the goods
