Lazy Lounges gives Lazy service

The pricing on the furniture according to the sales person was R9 999 and we paid the deposit as requested of 50% with the balance being due on delivery as we bought in Port Elizabeth but wanted delivery to Grahamstown, this was the amount reflected on the invoice. The owner then phoned to say that the salesman had incorrectly quoted the prices and that this particular one was R12 999. Although we had an invoice reflecting the R9 999 he insisted we pay the balance before delivery. Eventually we compromised on paying half in return for a ottoman. On arrival in Grahamstown there had been rain on the way and the furniture was soaked and actually dripping water - no protection over the furniture. this happened on the 25 September. We are still awaiting the ottoman and keep getting promised this but nothing materialised as yet. This is shocking as we were not obliged to compromise in terms of the consumer protection act and I am very unhappy with the outcome.
