Failing to adhere to their own appointments

Hi, I reported to my insurance company that i had issues with my gate motor. They assigned Laztech Automation to assist me. They made a booking with me to see me on a Thusday, they never adhere to the appointment, then i made another appointment with them for the next day and they also never came out.

If they cant even stick to "their" own appointments, i can just imagine the quality of work they provide!!!!
