Horrible Service from parts department

<p>To whom it may concern:</p> <p> </p> <p>I visited your company last week Thursday as I needed a part for my AEG microwave, needless to say I waited for the coloured gent to finish helping the other clients before me as he was assisting alone, a African male colleague of his came and just ignored me standing there and the coloured gent had to ask him to assit me of which he reluctently did, so I told him my story of what I needed even went as far as show him pics of the part that I needed from pics which I printed of Google, he just gave me one look and told me he cannot help me as they don't have the part, he never bothered to probe or even check in your massive warehouse, I asked him if I can get the part somewhere else he said No without even recommending anything and his coloured colleague also just stood there not giving a damn...so I left and I can honestly tell you that I am disgusted with the way they treated me as they respresent your orgination these two guys. I did not give up and just to prove the lie they told me, I managed to get the part from a small electronic business not far from you guys, because of them you have lost a client and I will make sure I publish this bad service on hello Peter for the world to see juts how bad those two made you look.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards<br />Stephen</p>
