I decided to buy meat in bulk and put my order in over the phone for collection 27 October 2017. I arrived at the farm shop only to be told its cash only as they don't have a card machine. So I got back into my car and drove to the nearest ATM (which was not my bank). So I pay the extra fees to draw money from the ATM plus the extra petrol and I go back to the shop and paid for the meat. I saw a tray of eggs which I then also purchased on a different invoice. Received the 2 invoices with paid in cash written on them and thought that was the end of it. Imagine my surprise a week later I get a statement from the accounts department saying I owe the money for the meat. I respond immediately telling them I had already paid - no response. Next week I get the statement again. I phone this time and get told they'll investigate. The following Monday I get scan of their invoice with "eft" written on it.

Please don't buy from these guys. It seems like they just want to fleece the little guy. I won't be back.
