Very bad after care service

We bought couches from Lazee lounges (PE, Moffet on Main) in 2021 July. A month later the foam on the other couch started weakening and the armrest was dismantling. In Oct someone eventually came to inspect/view the said couch. They promised to come back and fetch the sofa. Since then, whenever I call the lady who assisted us I get promised that "the couch will be collected on Monday." I do not know how many Mondays have passed. Really disappointed because I wanted patio chairs from them
