You will never hear from Lazarus! Ever!!

I booked my vehicle in on the Lazarus (Kia) website for repairs under warranty. They never called me to confirm anything. I finally had take my car to their workshop and was greeted with snarling ladies at the service desk, making me feel like I am perpetrating a crime by bringing my car there.<br> <br> I was not told what was going to be done or how long they expected to take with the repairs to my vehicle. It has (at the time of this writing) been 9 days since they have had my vehicle. They never ever call to tell me what is going on and trying to phone and email them has ZERO effect either. I have no update on when I can expect my vehicle or whether I should even at all expect my vehicle.<br> <br> Calling them or emailing them is also a moot point, as they never acknowledge receipt of communications, nor do they attempt any of their own. I am still waiting for them to come back to me, to this day....<br> <br> Bottom line is, if you can help it, do not purchase Mazda, Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover or Kia vehicles. Eventually you will end up having to deal with the Lazarus Motor Company, which unfortunately you will not enjoy.<br> <br> I guess THIS Lazarus was NOT raised from the dead.
