Worst service ever
I can write an essay of the appauling service from this branch. I visited them approximately 6 times a year in services and repairs in the last 4 years. Bought my vehicle from this branch thinking I would get a reasonable level of service after sale. Thereafter every aspect of after sales service went from bad to worst. Firstly if you want to book your vehicle in the minimum waiting period is 2 weeks. I can do 5000km in a week as I use my vehicle for business . I explain this to the advisors stating the warranty will expire as I do excessive mileage. Service after service they say they cannot accommodate me . Another issue is when the vehicle has a problem you phone their bookings department, they say bring it in next day then the service reception says the next day they cannot help you as there is no bookings available, yet when I called the previous day they say no booking necessary. On another occasion my gearbox broke towed the vehicle in and they sent it to their service provider Mayfair Gearbox whom took 5 weeks to repair. Vehicle comes back with a flat battery only to realise they swopped my battery then denies that the battery was swopped. One obviously cannot mark every part on your vehicle all I had was a receipt from battery centre a year ago for a Raylite battery and the vehicle came back with a Fomoco battery. The biggest disappointment was I discovered the vehicle was accident damaged. The paint on the bonnet and bumper started to fade only to realise that this vehicle was in an accident. Lazarus ford sold me an accident damaged vehicle under the "Ford approved" banner. You would feel that this is a professional dealership but I beg to differ, selling me an accident damaged vehicle is unacceptable . Eventually made sense to me why I had so much problems with the vehicle. Service level stinks. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. For these reasons will never buy a Ford again.
