Worst Ford Dealer in Gauteng

Giving a one star, because no star isn't an option. My Fiancé's car was in for a service on a Friday and needed a cam belt replacement because it was due. During the closing part of the day we were advised the car had to stay with the dealership as there was a noise coming from the engine after they did the work. Lindie told us she would keep us posted the following Saturday, but surprise surprise we received no feedback. We called and she wasn't available and we were told she will call us back. Again, never happened. I strongly recommend finding another Ford dealership to service your vehicle. I never had a good experience with this dealership's service department and for all the years I've owned Fords this is hands down the worst Ford dealer I have ever dealt with.
