Warranty Claim Rejected

<p>My wife bought a new Ford Ecosport 1.0 Ecoboost Trend in 2014 November from lazarus Ford in Centurion. The sales person was awesome. At the 20000km service we told the service advisor that the vehicle struggle to go into reverse and that if you want to change from 5th gear back to 3rd then you cant, this happens now and again. they noted it and told us nothing is wrong. At the 40000km service we told them the same thing, and nothing was picked up. </p> <p>The 60000km Service was done at Menlyn Ford and they were also told to check the same problem, and picked up nothing. The 80000km service was also done at Menlyn Ford, same story, we also told them that it is getting worse, because now and again at a stop street or robot, when you want to put the car into 1st or 2nd you cannot. This is getting rediculous. We too the car back to Menlyn Ford to check the problem again on 92000km, and after the car was at their workshop for about week they picked up the problem, because they now investigated. They advised us that the waranty will not pay for the part or repair. The problem is the release bearing in the clutch.</p> <p>They told me that the waranty will not cover.
