Useless Service advisor Johan

I took my ford Ranger bakkie to them as for their was a soud in the engine. Service advisors Johan took the car for a drive came back and mentioned he can hear the noise.He told me if the car brakes Ford will fix it with no help from him at all. Really sad that he doesn't care at all.
