Upset customer

They never disappoint me with the unprofessional service. Bought my first car here 2016 and only serviced it once due to the terrible service I received and 02/10/2023 I decided to give them a second chance, little did I know I will find my car left with the security and I left my car with the service department. The called them at 14:13 to ask them if they done with my car, they dropped the phone, I then called them at 15:05 I asked again then they told me that they have been calling me the whole day and I was not answering my phone. I told them the is no missed calls on my phone. I asked them to confirm the number that they have been call and it was a wrong number. I gave them the correct number and they told me the driver will pick me up. Time past by 16:30 I was still waiting for the driver. I then called them again and they kept transferring me to different people. I dropped and called again, I was transferred again until they gave the phone to some lady and she dropped the phone before I could say hi. I called again and I was told that I must make a plan to come get my car because the driver said he is not in my area, that time I'm 10 mins away from them, I told them that is not my problem and I can't make any plan because they have my only means of transport. They told me then I must wait for the next day, I told that I can't because I don't stay around Centurion, I live in Pretoria West and I work around Centurion. My husband and I were Stranded that time with no vehicle and I knocked off at 13:00 and it's 16:45 that time. The lady tells me to call the driver and I called him he then told me he is not coming to pick me up, because he wants to go home and told him it's not my problem, I've been waiting for my car since 13:00 and I've been waiting for him since 15:00, he started being rude on the phone and I told him I'm not fighting with him because he is just the driver, the people I will fight with is ford because they didn't not confirm my cellphone number when we were dropping off the car, they just asked for the address. I kept asking my husband if they heard asked for contact number and he said no they said they have it on the system. I then called them back and told them the driver is refusing to pick me, they told me to request or I must make a plan I will get my car with the Security guard, I told them I didn't leave my car with the Security guard, so I don't expect to get it there. Guess what the driver came to pick me up 17:20 and he told me when they checked the system they had my number correct, but now if I had never phone them how would I have got my car. I'm not happy with getting my car from Security guard, I'm very ****ed for that. I will never ever again go to this Ford. It's the worst. They should ask Silver lakes on how to treat people.
