Unprofessional service that really sucks

Took my car for service on 30 October and requested them to check gearbox noise which is warranty covered and from 4November had to be the one pushing them for update on a worj that does not take 3days to test and diagnose. Even after warranty approval I have been fighting with them for loan vehicle which is a requirement and that if they don't have they should hire for a client so from 30 October even today 14 November my car is still not done and they still have not provided a car under LVP. Their service and attitude really sucks and is unprofessional
