The clutch was replaced in the car a couple of months later, Car is back and clutch get's replaced again. The next year Car kept giving issues they were unable to find the problem. Took it to KIA Silverlakes they found an issue within half a day. They did not want to get involved due to the warranty. Took it back to Lazarus Kia Centurion 3 days later they have the fault as the clutch master cylinder. Now I am asking the garage for proof that the clutch needed replacement in the first place.

Then while on the phone with the service manager the call got cut twice and then all of a sudden he is in a meeting. (Quite the convenient excuse)
