I have situations, two months ago . I approached a reputable car dealer Lazarus (Kia Centurion ) Wanted to purchase a car . Fast forward the sales guy was assigned to me . Test drive and start with the car application. I wanted to pay R50 000 deposit 💵 . Then the guy forged the banking details I sent money to the wrong account. He then resigned after this . I opened the case and the dealer is distancing themselves from this situation.

They are saying the sale guy acted at his own . They didn’t send him to do that . kindly advise what I can do with this situation.
