Pathetic service

The worst service experience ever. Ford Ranger went in for a service recently and I requested 2 specific items to be addressed. The latch issue was poorly handed over to the onsite fitment centre. The other issue not even addressed. Vehicle not cleaned. I need proof that my vehicle was actually serviced as I don't believe it was. Follow up customer service even worse - received one call, which was dropped and not returned. Received a customer service email to which I responded but no resolution. Worst service experience ever.
