Parts missing from new ford ranger

I bought a 2015 ford ranger super cab 4x4 3.2 in december last year and after a day or two i noticed that the 6 speed decal is missing on the right hand side of the bakkie . I phone the sales person that helped me and she said that she will order it and notify me when its there . After a month i decided to go visit lazarus ford to see what going on with my part . After a long argument they told me that someone has sold it already to someone else . After having them to order it again its been 3 months and not even a phone call ! I am very very disappointed in ford as i have been a loyal customer but after this bad experience i think its time to move to a different brand
