Part does not get ordered

I bought a brand new ford ranger from lazarus Ford in centurion and after a couple of days i noticed that my Ranger is missing the 6 speed badge on the right hand side . I phoned the sales person that helped me and she said that she will order new badges for me and that the parts division will contact me as soon as the receive it . After not hearing anything from them i decided to go and find out if they got it for me . The parts sales person checked the stock and found out that the have received it and that they already sold it to someone else? i asked them how can the sell my stuff that was ordered for my Ford Ranger , and i just got an excuse as they don't know what to say to me and that they will re order it and call me as soon as the have it again . Its been almost 2 months and still no call from them ! it happened to my friend also where he ordered mudguards for his new ranger and every time they tell him that they will phone him . They even told him by this and this date it will be there and not a thing , he has been waiting from december and decide to go buy from a different ford dealership . Can Ford please email me as i am out of the country and my phone number wont work
