OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Good day<br> <br> I would like to commend Francois Van Der Merwe for his outstanding customer service. I bought a Ford at Lazarus Ford in Centurion sometime last month. In my entire life I have never experienced such excellent service. My husband and I were greeted with such enthusiasm every time we went to see him. Francois is passionate about his job. I am still amazed about how he had goose bumps at one stage while explaining the features of one of their cars, such enthusiasm I have never seen. The car was ready for collection on the promised date and everything else was done on time as promised and this is amazing customer service. If I were to buy a car everyday like bread, I would certainly buy it at Ford and definitely from Francois Van Der Merwe. He is a star at his job!!!
