Outstanding customer service

I walked into Lazarus Ford this morning with a broken indicator switch, needed it to be replaced and fitted. The workshop was packed and they only had two technicians working. I approached the service receptionist and she was unwilling to help so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained my situation to him and he said he will help. He told me to bring my car back in an hour, I did that and i got first class treatment and service. <br> Mr Tony has a great team behind him and Oom Willie in the parts department is also outstanding, puts customer first and is always willing to go an extra mile. Lazarus Ford service team, thank you, you guys rock and are great. You make a customer feel important and valuable, you have outstanding customer service. I will recommend you to my friends and people any time. Thank you so much, I appreciate your help Mr Tony.
