Mazda Lazarus Shirking Responsibility for Car breakdown after service

I NEED TO ESCALATE THIS PLEASE!!!! and it pertains to Mazda Lazarus service department.

My vehicle has broken down shortly after being serviced by your dealership and is not drivable. I am currently 85km away, and the towing cost is approximately R1700, which I cannot afford. I understand you may not have towing vehicles, but I need the dealership to take responsibility for assisting with recovery or covering the cost so the vehicle can be inspected.”
