Lazarus ford makes my blood boil!

Car booked in for an hour inspection to get a damage report for insurance this morning at 7am. Get called at 15:30 to say my car is ready and a driver will come pick me up. At 16:45 still no driver. Can’t get hold of Lindi who is my portfolio manager (called more than 8 times), finally get a call back at 16:58 Explaining they close at 17:00 so can only get my car in the am. Cool, please just email me the damage report so that I can forward it to the insurance so long, big promises of yes yes, will send email right away, needless to say, no email and no person to get hold of. The most pathetic service I have ever received and that because of 1 document I was supposed to get and now I am a full day and a morning without a vehicle...
