KIA Picanto that keeps breaking down

I logged a call with KIA Motors a week ago and to this day i never heard from them.

My NEW KIA Picanto with 25000 km broke down for the second time after they fitted a new Engen at Lazarus KIA Motors in Centurion. The car nearly went up in flames on my way to work, apparently the water pipes were not fastened properly and in few weeks the pipe disconnected when i was driving.

The first time when it broke down they hired a car for me and i had to pay a deposit of R1660 refundable upon return of the car but but i got nothing due to Gauteng toll gates that i don't pay for with my car. This time around Europ cars need R1800 deposit that i don't have and i am now using a taxi to work in this cold winter and there is no update as to when the car will be fixed. and i am still paying for the car on a monthly basis. Really is so frustrating and i had cars before and i never had issues like this. i am now stuck with a car that i don't know if it will ever be fixed properly and i can't sell it.
