Impressive Customer Service - Chamone Berrange

I had an issue with rubberized parts of the vehicle's tailgate. I had gone back twice for this issue to be addressed. As soon as Chamone Berrange became aware of the issue, she took it upon herself to resolve. She maintained contact with me daily over a week long period, ensuing that I was kept abreast on the steps she was taking to resolve the problem.

Today the final step happened. She called this morning, asked tha I come in. The technical team was there waiting for me. Took for the vehicle for about 30min, and completely resolved the rubber issue. The job was done beyond my expectation. The inner tailgate looks brand new on a 4 year old vehicle.
