Great Service

<p>My Ford broke down last Wednesday and as the vehicle is still under Ford warranty I took it back to Vereniging Ford to find the problem and repair it. To my surprise I was told I had to pay 25% of the repair cost as my one service was done late. After I have tried most options I finally contact Lazarus Ford where I purchase the vehicle, Carmen directed me to Tracey and within 2 hours my problem was sorted.</p> <p>I would like the opportunity to thank both these ladies for outstanding service you are truly a great example of excellent service delivery.</p> <p> </p>
