Ford parts - good experience

I'd like to extend a thank you to Jan from the Ford parts section for ALWAYS going a little bit extra and completely engaging me when I phone for parts. He listens and gives advice and shares his experience if he feels it could help especially when I am unsure about what I want.<br> <br> I've dealt with a few spares consultants and although I don't really have negative things to say, Jan just seems to be that little bit 'better' to deal with.
