Ford Lazarus Centurion

My Ford Kuga went to Ford Lazarus in January to do a diagnostic test, the results came back that there is nothing wrong with the car, Yesterday my engine light came on (yes it is 7 months later, but the car only has 2000km more on the clock) I phoned Lazarus Centurion this morning to try and come to a conclusion on what might be wrong with the car, I spoke with the service manager ( Tony da Silva) he is extremely rude and has no idea on how to work with customers. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR TO LAZARUS JUST BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE SPEAKS TO PEOPLE!!!!!!! What is client service????? There is none!!!!!
